How long do I have to redeem the voucher?
You have one year from the date of purchase to redeem the voucher.
How do I receive my voucher?
You will receive a voucher from us by email to the address provided upon purchase.
How can I redeem the voucher?
Each voucher has a unique code. You book your stay directly with us (online, by email, by phone) and you will give us the voucher code at the time of booking. The price of your stay will be reduced by the value of the voucher.
When can I redeem the voucher?
Anytime! Simply choose a date, redeem the voucher and if the price of the reservation is higher than the value of the voucher, pay the remaining balance.
